Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Visionary to serve as a technical advisor and problem-solver. This role requires technical versatility to support both early-stage startups and larger enterprises.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a technical advisor, diagnosing and resolving complex challenges.
  • Adapt your approach based on client size and maturity.
  • Work directly with executives to translate business requirements into technical strategies.
  • Establish technical standards and architectural principles that promote scalability and maintainability.
  • Evaluate existing systems, identifying technical debt and developing remediation strategies.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to distributed engineering teams.
  • Design and implement improvements to development workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and architectural reviews.
  • Develop risk management frameworks and incident response processes.
  • Advocate for security best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in .NET/C# and other programming languages.
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks and libraries.
  • Strong understanding of backend technologies, API design, and database systems.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code practices, and Linux system administration.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration.
  • Experience with monolithic and distributed architectural patterns.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure options across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
  • Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
Requirements

The following qualifications are required:

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior technical leadership role.
  • Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders.
  • Deep expertise in software architecture, system design, and technical standards development.
  • Experience leading distributed teams and working in cross-cultural environments.
  • Problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
