Event Coordinator Role

About the Position

You will collaborate with our Senior Event Manager to organize and execute employee gatherings, overseeing logistics from venue selection to on-site support. You will also contribute to playbooks and templates, and provide assistance with light strategy and senior-leadership alignment.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end event planning and logistics, including venue sourcing and contract negotiation
  • Coordinating event communications and attendee travel arrangements
  • Managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely payment processing
  • Providing exceptional customer service and troubleshooting event-related issues
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Collecting feedback and metrics to inform repeatable templates and best practices
We are looking for someone who:
  • Has 3-5 years of experience in events coordination or a related field
  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and situations
  • Is proficient in using collaboration and project management tools, including Google Workspace, Swoogo, Navan, Coupa, and Ironclad
  • Is eager to learn and take ownership of new responsibilities, with a growth mindset
