Job Role

Organizations are seeking HR Generalists to oversee the management of HR-related tasks with precision and timeliness. This includes processing and tracking employee benefits, maintaining personnel files, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of labor laws, as well as general human resources practices. They should also possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Process and track employee leave requests, Workers' Compensation claims, and Unemployment Claims with attention to detail.
  • Maintain and update HRIS systems and personnel records with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Assist with coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, background checks, and exit interviews.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and monitor the HR inbox with diligence.
  • Track training and performance evaluations with precision.
  • Support payroll processing in coordination with the Finance department.
