What You'll Do:

  • Be a trusted HR partner and advisor to a diverse roster of clients—no two days are the same
  • Liaise directly with clients on benefits administration, updates, and employee inquiries, ensuring compliance and top-notch service.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on DOLE, NLRC, Regional Tripartite, and related regulations—your expertise keeps our clients protected and informed.
  • Review, update, and implement tailored HR policies and best practices in line with changing regulations and client needs.
  • Track employee records across hiring, promotions, salary changes, and training so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Support and help facilitate positive disciplinary processes for a professional, harmonious workplace—one client at a time.
  • Handle confidential information with complete integrity and discretion.
  • Plan, organize, and support client meetings: from scheduling and agendas to precise minute-taking and follow-through.
  • Draft, review, and finalize a range of HR communications and reports for client approval and distribution.
  • Champion workplace health, safety, and engagement programs that turn compliance into culture.
  • Spot administrative and HR challenges, escalate as needed, and propose practical, customized solutions.
  • Adapt quickly—manage shifting priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, multiple-project environment.
  • Take on additional tasks and special projects–your willingness to pitch in is valued and recognized.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of solid experience as an HR generalist, especially in multi-client or project-based settings
  • Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations (SSS, Pag-Ibig, PhilHealth, DOLE, NLRC, and more)
  • Strong background in benefits administration, recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation
  • Proactive, clear communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills—the go-to person who can engage with any team
  • Super organized, a multitasking star who thrives on deadlines and delivers results every time
  • Proven commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and treating sensitive matters with respect
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems
  • A champion of employee engagement and occupational health and safety standards
  • Resilient and adaptable problem-solver with a true heart for HR and service
  • Preferably based in or near Cebu City for easy client coordination and site visits
