Lead Healthcare Professional

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate healthcare leader to oversee the medical needs of our employees. As a Lead Healthcare Professional, you will be responsible for promoting wellness initiatives and ensuring high standards of medical care within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide leadership and supervision to a team of healthcare professionals.
  2. Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees, ensuring compliance with health policies and procedures.
  3. Manage and respond to medical emergencies effectively.
  4. Develop and implement health promotion programs and initiatives.
  5. Coordinate with external healthcare providers as needed.
  6. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
  7. Educate and train employees on health and safety practices.
  8. Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations.
  9. Participate in audits and evaluations of healthcare services provided.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred.
  2. Valid nursing license.
  3. Proven experience as a Senior Nurse or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  4. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and practices.
