We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and managing project schedules and work plans.
  • Monitoring and adding potential leads to CRM software.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
  • Managing business social media accounts.
  • Checking invoices via Stripe.
  • Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a project manager or in a relevant role.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Exceptional time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with current technologies such as Zoho One Project Management Tool, Zoho Projects, Zoho CRM, Zoho Vault, Stripe, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience with Shopify, GSuite, and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
