Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in project management, quantity surveying, and architecture. This role encompasses key responsibilities including preconstruction activities, technical oversight, reviewing plans, and value-engineered alternatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preconstruction Activities:
  • Takeoff, estimates, scheduling, scope creation, package splitting, tender documentation, and subcontractor communication.
  • Technical Oversight:
  • Reviewing plans and proposing value-engineered alternatives.
  • Contract Setup:
  • JCT contract setup.
  • Post-Contract Management:
  • Budget control, procurement, cash flow, and quality control.
  • Handover Process:
  • Handover processes, operation and maintenance, services, utilities, building control, and warranty management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Proven experience in project management, quantity surveying, or architecture within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and architectural design.
  • Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Excel, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.
