Senior Sales Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive sales volume targets and develop business development plans aligned with national and regional goals.

• Drive primary and secondary sales volume targets within assigned distributor territory.
• Develop and execute business development plans in line with national and regional objectives.
• Manage trade activities to ensure they are within budget and delivered on time.
• Ensure consistent product availability, visibility, and timely new product placement in trade channels.
• Support distributor capability development, including sales team skills and trade operations improvement.

Key qualifications for the role include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an asset.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, distribution, or trade marketing—preferably in FMCG.
• Strong understanding of distributor management, sales planning, and trade execution.
• Analytical, with experience in managing budgets and forecasting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
