Customer Service Representative for Healthcare Account

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in delivering exceptional service and support to US patients. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
  • You will be the primary point of contact for US patients, providing accurate and detailed information about products/services and assisting with their concerns.
  • To ensure seamless communication, strong verbal and written English skills are essential.
  • Maintain accurate records and update relevant information in the system to meet individual and team targets.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months of BPO experience is required, preferably with proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • An understanding of active listening skills and ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively is necessary for success in this role.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and good English language proficiency are also essential qualifications.
