Job Overview

We are seeking an expert in software support to join our team. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be the primary point of contact for customers using Elite 3E software.

This role involves providing technical consultative application support for Elite's 3E product in a project-based environment. You will work closely with customers to resolve their issues and provide training on effective utilization of the software.

Responsibilities:
  • Pull service request tickets from customer portals and document challenges, expectations of resolution, steps to reproduce, and necessary logs.
  • Record all information regarding challenges using case management systems.
  • Use remote access utilities and resources to replicate customer challenges.
  • Leverage internal knowledgebase resources and documentation for known solutions.
  • Isolate causes and take restorative actions while minimizing disruption to the customer's operations.
  • Provide timely and effective status updates throughout the life of the service request.
  • Communicate complex business processes and procedures to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain dashboard management, including volume of active service requests and aging specifications of open service requests.
  • Employ high-level soft skills in communication with customers and internal peers, act with urgency, and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Collaborate with teams and departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Acquire and maintain expertise of Elite's software products and application suites.
  • Develop SQL skills to a proficient level.
  • Gain new skills and continue to gain technical knowledge of how Elites' software products work in cloud-based environments.
  • Remain flexible to accommodate an ever-changing landscape of Elite-hosted software.
