About Our Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success through data-driven insights.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring queue level performance and variance in real-time, forecasting future trends, and analyzing variations to optimize schedules and improve operational efficiency.

You will work closely with Operations and Workforce Management (WFM) teams to provide proactive recommendations for addressing and responding to variations from forecast. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will enable you to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that drive positive outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering; or equivalent experience.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of contact center and WFM metrics, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

A Day in the Life:

  • Monitor queue level performance and variance in real-time.
  • Analyze variations to forecast and project impact for the remainder of the day.
  • Report significant variations from forecast to Operations and WFM Management.
  • Provide recommendations for addressing and responding to variations from forecast.
  • Update schedules with real-time attendance and exceptions.
  • Approve/recommend alternatives for real-time schedule exception requests.
