We are seeking a seasoned Communications & Knowledge Manager to join our team.

Job Description

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic communications plan that aligns with our goals and objectives. This includes leading the development of content outputs, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring timely delivery of key communication materials across digital, print, and live formats.

  • Develop and implement a 12-month strategic communications plan that meets client objectives and milestones
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between our team and clients, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of high-quality outputs
  • Draft, edit, and oversee production of marketing materials, blogs, articles, newsletters, press releases, and social media copy (2–3 weekly outputs expected)
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications, marketing, or a related field, with experience managing institutional communications and developing content strategies. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across remote teams.

  • Lead the development of a comprehensive content strategy that meets client objectives and enhances brand reputation
  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including editors, designers, and project managers, to ensure timely delivery of outputs
  • Collaborate with our design team to develop branded content and assets pre-and post-event
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp editorial eye
  • Experience managing institutional communications, developing content strategies, and working with cross-functional teams
