Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our organization in a dynamic role.

About the Role:
  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and journals.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper record-keeping practices.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently.
  • Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Manage financial consolidation.
  • Provide support during audits and assist with tax filings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • CPA preferred.
  • Prior experience in a Big 4 audit/accounting firm.
  • At least 5 years of accounting experience in a multinational financial services company.
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP.
  • Expert in Quickbooks Online/Desktop.
  • Experience in Bill.com and Sage IntAcct strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in ERP/accounting system migration.
  • Strong communication skills, independent, self-starter, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating financial records, preparing accurate financial statements and reports, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

You will also manage accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently, prepare budgets and monitor financial performance, and provide support during audits and assist with tax filings.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and at least 5 years of accounting experience in a multinational financial services company.

They will also have working knowledge of US GAAP, expertise in Quickbooks Online/Desktop, and experience in Bill.com and Sage IntAcct.

Prior experience in a Big 4 audit/accounting firm and prior experience in ERP/accounting system migration are strongly preferred.
