Job Title: Digital Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Assistant. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for digital marketing and wants to develop their skills in a hands-on environment.

In this role, you will assist with the execution of day-to-day marketing activities across various digital channels. You will work closely with our marketing manager to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Your primary responsibilities will include content creation, social media management, email marketing campaigns, website updates, data analysis and reporting, CRM management, and budget monitoring.

  • Content Creation:
  1. Assist with writing and editing marketing content (e.g., blogs, social media posts, landing pages)
  2. Produce simple visual assets using design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
  • Social Media Management:
  1. Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  2. Monitor engagement and report on performance metrics
  • Email Marketing Campaigns:
  1. Build and send email campaigns using marketing automation tools
  2. Manage contact lists and optimize email performance through A/B testing and reporting
  • Website Updates:
  1. Maintain and update website content via CMS (e.g., WordPress)
  2. Coordinate with developers for more complex changes
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  1. Compile performance data from various platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Salesforce)
  2. Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights
  • CRM Management:
  1. Maintain and update CRM data
  2. Support lead capture, segmentation, and customer journey tracking

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator role. The ideal candidate will have strong written communication and organizational skills, be comfortable using marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Salesforce), and be eager to learn and grow in a hands-on role.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent time management skills, be able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail, and be enthusiastic about marketing and eager to develop their skills.
