Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at ConnectOS. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

About the Role:
  • Manage and post engaging content on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Create high-quality graphics, captions, and videos that communicate our services and values.
  • Assist with basic website updates and ensure information is accurate.
  • Run online ads (Google Ads) to attract new clients.
  • Monitor campaign results and suggest improvement.
  • Help with email marketing and newsletters to engage our community.
  • Support other marketing activities to increase visibility and brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in social media management, landing pages, meta, and Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of websites and SEO is a plus.
  • Experience in the disability or healthcare sector is an advantage but not essential.
