Job Title: Automation Developer

About the Role:

We are building a high-impact team that uses technology to deliver smart, scalable solutions for exceptional employee experiences.

Our team works closely with HR teams to understand their challenges and create innovative solutions. We are seeking an experienced Automation Developer to design, build, test, and refine complex automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform.

This role will take ownership of projects from start to finish and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of automation solutions for high-priority HR needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Create robust, scalable, and maintainable automations with clear documentation.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to peer reviews to maintain high quality standards.
  • Recommend and trial new approaches, tools, or features that could enhance delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience delivering automation solutions with UiPath and/or Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
  • Ability to design solutions that balance impact, maintainability, and ease of use.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience supporting colleagues through technical guidance or mentoring.

Desirable Skills:

  • Exposure to ServiceNow HR Service Delivery or other HR systems.
  • Interest in AI-driven automation or conversational experiences.
  • Knowledge of HR operations and processes.
