Job Overview

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team and help deliver cutting-edge automation solutions. You'll be responsible for designing workflows in workflow tools, integrating Large Language Model (LLM) APIs, creating data flows, and translating business needs into scalable automated processes.

About the Role

  • Translate client and internal business requirements into clear automation specifications and workflow logic.
  • Design and build robust automation workflows using n8n or Power Platform.
  • Develop and refine prompts for generative AI use cases, such as summarization, data transformation, structuring, and decision logic.
  • Integrate APIs, webhooks, and LLM tools into end-to-end automation solutions.
  • Automate business operations using Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace, CRMs, and Power Platform tools.
  • Lead testing, documentation, and iterative improvement of workflows.
  • Contribute to team methodology and best practices in intelligent automation delivery.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients and internal product/operations teams.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in automation, workflow design, or integrations.
  • Proven production experience using n8n, Power Automate, or similar workflow automation tools.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional automation designs.
  • Expertise in API work: JSON, webhooks, authentication, error handling.
  • Experience with Airtable automations, scripting, and formulas.
  • Familiarity with LLM APIs and prompt engineering fundamentals.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

Bonus Points

  • Background in BPO, tech consulting, or client-facing support with US clients.
  • Experience designing structured AI workflows.
  • Comfort working with globally distributed, remote teams.
  • Agile or iterative delivery experience.
