We're seeking a results-driven User Acquisition Manager to spearhead mobile user growth for a leading mobile app.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, data, and creative strategy, with direct ownership of paid user acquisition campaigns across platforms.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies, encompassing core paid channels, programmatic DSPs, and rewarded ad networks.
  • Monitor campaign performance, tracking key metrics such as CPI, CPA, and ROAS, to ensure efficient spend allocation.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to design and test innovative ad concepts, messaging, and formats that resonate with target audiences.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify actionable insights, driving continuous improvement and optimization efforts.

As a User Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in scaling mobile user growth, driving revenue expansion, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in user acquisition, with a strong track record of driving growth through data-driven strategies.
  • Expertise in paid advertising channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic DSPs.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications, such as Google Analytics or Facebook Ads certification, are also a plus.
