User Acquisition Specialist

We're seeking a high-performing User Acquisition Specialist to scale mobile user growth for various apps.

The ideal candidate will work at the intersection of marketing, data, and creative strategy, with direct ownership of paid UA campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, programmatic DSPs, and rewarded ad networks.

Responsibilities include planning, launching, and optimizing UA campaigns across core paid channels, analyzing and reporting on campaign performance, collaborating with creative teams, identifying and testing new growth channels, and managing daily performance tracking and pacing.

You will be responsible for campaign execution, performance optimization, and analysis, collaborating cross-functionally to maximize growth.

A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience is required. 1-4 years of hands-on experience buying mobile app or gaming ads while achieving target KPIs is also necessary.

This role requires a deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry to create targeted and effective advertising content that captures the attention of gamers and enhances brand engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize UA campaigns across core paid channels: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, programmatic DSPs, rewarded ad networks.
  • Responsible for daily performance tracking, pacing, and spend efficiency against KPIs (e.g., CPI, CPA, ROAS).
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test ad concepts, messaging, and formats.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance to other members of the growth team, aiming to uncover actionable insights & optimizations.
  • Identify and test new growth channels, networks, and strategies.
