The VITO Group is seeking a Sales and Pipeline Specialist to join our business development team. As a key member of our unit, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through prospecting, building pipeline, and executing business development activities.

The ideal candidate should have good business communication skills, minimum one year experience in client relationship and sales in small to medium size organizations, and creative problem-solving skills. Additionally, the individual must be self-driven, able to work independently, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect new clients and develop new relationships in target market segments.
  2. Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  3. Build and maintain a strong pipeline consistently by leveraging various channels such as cold calling, online media, and digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Good business communication skills.
  • Minimum one year experience in client relationship and sales in small to medium size organizations.
