About This Opportunity

Are you an accounting professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role? Do you have experience with financial analysis, general ledgers, and Microsoft Excel?

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, maintaining general ledgers, preparing financial statements, and analyzing financial information to prepare reports and statements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure accurate recording in the general ledger system.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledgers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare periodic financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze financial information to prepare reports and statements, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Lead or assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage accruals for expenses incurred but not yet paid and prepayments for expenses paid in advance.
  • Assist in audits, providing necessary information and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience with general ledgers and financial analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
