Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and organized Financial Analyst to join our cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


This role will play a key part in managing financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with departments including sales, HR, and IT.


The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing workflows, managing datasets, and driving process improvements. They will also assist in designing and implementing financial controls, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency.


In addition, they will manage and maintain financial systems, datasets, and reporting frameworks to support decision-making.


The Financial Analyst will work closely with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time. They will also classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility.


The role requires strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, as well as the ability to build and work with financial/data models.


Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as the Financial Analyst will work closely with various departments and stakeholders.


The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of related work experience as a financial controller, with a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting or another analytical field.
