Senior Financial Analyst Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and financial analysis.

About the Role:

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for owning and overseeing data, processes, and controls that ensure accuracy of bonus and commission programs. This role supports monthly and quarterly commissions and bonus calculations for all business segments, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and maintenance of the quarterly compensation workbook independently, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end company-wide compensation process, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.
  • Prepare and submit monthly incentives and bonus calculation files, reviewing and maintaining relevant data needed for accurate calculations (e.g., comp plan terms, employee target incentives) in the compensation system.
  • Maintain sensitive and confidential information securely, in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Address complex commission and bonus inquiries, adjustments, and corrections promptly, ensuring positive employee experience and serving as an escalation point for the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Creates complex spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations in Microsoft Excel with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintains exceptional attention to detail, staying organized while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Engages and communicates confidently with senior leaders and C-Suite executives.
  • Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.
