Regulatory Reporting Lead Analyst

The Regulatory Reporting Lead Analyst role is an intermediate position within the Controllers Organization. It reports up through the Global Head of Regulatory and Capital Reporting.

This role supports the preparation, analysis and submission of regulatory reports to various constituencies based on applicable requirements such as U.S. Regulatory rules and instructions.

You will have a high level of visibility within the organization with opportunities to work directly with other Finance and non-Finance functions throughout the company.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the production, review and timely submission of regulatory filings and reports to U.S. regulators.
  • Monitor and manage key metrics associated with reports to identify challenges and issues.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of the regulatory reporting process.
  • Provide support for the team during regulatory inquiries and examinations.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to provide updates on regulatory developments and impact assessments.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience within the financial services industry and regulatory reporting.
  • Experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Data Science / big data handling and People management skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of U.S. regulatory reports along with exposure to Basel III capital regulations, GAAP/SEC Reporting and stress testing frameworks.
