About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including pickers, packers and operators
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely delivery
  • Implement and monitor warehouse procedures and policies to maintain high standards of safety and productivity
  • Liaise with logistics providers and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns
  • Analyse warehouse performance data and provide recommendations for process improvements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
