About the role

Burger Machine, a leading fast-food restaurant chain in the Philippines, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Field Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurants across CALABARZON. This full-time position requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and a proven track record of effective operations management.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple Burger Machine restaurants, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Monitoring outlet performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency

  • Providing hands-on support and guidance to restaurant managers, ensuring they have the resources and tools needed to succeed

  • Collaborating with the regional and corporate teams to develop and execute operational plans, addressing any issues or concerns promptly

  • Conducting regular site visits, audits, and inspections to assess compliance, identify best practices, and drive continuous improvement

  • Fostering a positive and engaged work environment, promoting teamwork and a customer-centric culture

  • Developing and mentoring the restaurant management team, providing training and career development opportunities

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry

  • Can drive;with a Valid Philippine Driveres license

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with restaurant managers, team members, and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Proven track record of leading and motivating teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

  • Familiarity with food service operations, including inventory management, budget oversight, and compliance with relevant regulations

  • Adaptable and flexible, able to respond to changing business needs and priorities

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
