Professional Medical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and provide top-notch patient care.
This role involves managing incoming calls, emails and appointment requests, as well as maintaining accurate patient records. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, work independently and as part of a team, and provide exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures, and be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming calls, emails and appointment requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to ensure smooth operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in a medical receptionist or administration role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
