Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess, optimize, and document core business processes, enhancing efficiency, velocity, scalability, and quality across teams.
  • Culture Development: Establish a culture of continuous learning and improvement through training, coaching, and post-mortem facilitation, promoting ongoing optimization.
  • Framework Development: Design and implement structured frameworks enabling teams to work consistently, efficiently, and with clarity.
  • Audit and Compliance Support: Ensure processes are properly documented, implemented, and monitored for internal and external audits.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on companywide KPIs using dashboards and data insights to evaluate process improvements and inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Change Management: Participate in change initiatives, including stakeholder coordination, project management, requirements analysis, design, and more.
