Are you a highly skilled financial expert looking to make a meaningful impact in the world of sales compensation?

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team, who will be responsible for owning and overseeing the data, processes, and controls that ensure the accuracy of bonus and commission programs.

This role supports the monthly and quarterly commissions and bonus calculations for all business segments, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely compensation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation and maintenance of the quarterly compensation workbook independently, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end company-wide compensation process, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.
  • Prepare and submit monthly incentives and bonus calculation files, reviewing and maintaining relevant data needed for accurate calculations (e.g., comp plan terms, employee target incentives) in the compensation system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Sales Compensation, FP&A, or a finance-related role.
  • Must have stable employment history.
