Job Overview

The Operations Specialist is a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our internal processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately initiate requests and checks within established service level agreements.
  • Verify the accuracy of attempts through templates, emails, faxes, and verbal representations.
  • Complete timely follow-ups as scheduled to ensure prompt action.
  • Raise insufficiencies from entities as soon as identified to prevent delays.
  • Upload relevant documentation related to verification activities to the system in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of working experience in any field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Strong relationship management and organizational skills for efficient task completion.
  • The ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy to ensure quality results.
  • Good time management and stress management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Thai language required for successful communication.
