Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough audits of completed jobs in the Transportation Management System (TMS) and client portals.
  • Identify and report discrepancies in financial records, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Assist with financial reporting and reconciliation processes, providing critical support to management.
  • Provide executive-level administrative support, handling tasks with precision and discretion.

Requirements
  • A formal accounting education, such as a degree or professional certification.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite and Azure applications, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, enabling the identification of even minor discrepancies.
  • Strong analytical and auditing capabilities, allowing for comprehensive assessments of financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
