Senior Transformation Lead

Transform customer success by leading large-scale engagements.

About This Role

This role will be based in Manila and is a critical part of our team. As a Senior Transformation Lead, you will play a key role in setting customers up for success by shaping and executing comprehensive transformation programs at our most strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Account Partners to lead pre and post-sales activities
  • Develop and articulate comprehensive implementation proposals across a portfolio of products
  • Maintain executive relationships and act as a main contact within these engagements in a billable capacity
  • Drive delivery of expected outcomes for each engagement and ensure tight alignment
  • Offer proactive advice resulting in outstanding Customer Success
Requirements
  • Relevant experience delivering consulting services, including team leadership and active involvement in selling professional services
  • Experience operating in a pre-sales environment, shaping and scoping large and complex implementation projects
  • Demonstrated technical and/or functional proficiency, and ability to engage with architects or Subject Matter Authority in pre-sales activities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in working in a client advisory role
