Cloud Transformation Consultant

A Cloud Transformation Consultant plays a pivotal role in guiding organizations through a strategic journey, focusing on delivering transformative cloud-based solutions. This involves working closely with customers to understand their current state and developing actionable roadmaps for effective cloud adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end delivery of cloud transformation initiatives. Manages and executes the activities required to drive customer success.
  • Customer engagement acts as a point of contact for the customer during cloud transformation process.
  • Subject Matter Expert on both first- and third-party cloud discovery tools.
  • Educate customers on cloud adoption strategies.
  • Manage CT provision inclusive of customer engagement relating to deployment and data coverage;
  • Responsible for trouble-shooting deployment for customers.
  • Perform Copilot Workshops and other transformation portfolios relevant to cloud migration.
Transformation Process:
  • Presales, Kickoff and Scoping: Understanding customers' business objectives and technical requirements, articulating the relevant benefits and outcomes realized through a Cloud Transformation.
  • Discovery: Determining the optimal cloud platform to achieve the stated objectives, supporting deployment through complete discovery.
  • Analysis: Completing analysis of the collected data, identifying key insights, and producing an executive summary transformation report.
  • Transformation Review with Cloud Specialists, Account Team and/or Partners before customer presentation.
  • Presentation: Presenting key insights and actionable recommendations in an appropriate summary form to relevant customer (CXO, Technical Lead, etc.) and stakeholders.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Supporting a seamless customer transition into post-transformation actions with relevant teams.

This role requires 3+ years of practical experience in solution sales, technical sales, or consulting in cloud solutions, proficiency in English, and strong written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing CAF and governance model workshops to uncover customer cloud migration reasons and goals.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of practical experience in solution sales, technical sales, or consulting in cloud solutions.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in performing CAF and governance model workshops to uncover customer cloud migration reasons and goals.
  • Desirable experience working with Cloud Transformation team and a Cloud and/or Partner role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the timely delivery of a portfolio of multiple, complex projects concurrently.

We are looking for a team player with a learning mindset, able to learn fast and deliver the assignments. A history of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, quickly digesting diverse subject matter is also required.
