Senior Strategic Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Data Analyst to join our Home Lending Modelling team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled data scientist with a strong background in statistical analysis and ML/AI.

In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of A/B tests to evaluate product effectiveness and identify testing opportunities through collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your ability to understand complex data relationships and drive business decisions with rigorous statistical analysis will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate product effectiveness and inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing opportunities and develop hypotheses.
  • Develop presentations to summarize and communicate key messages to senior management and colleagues.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience working in analytical roles.
  • MS degree in a related field, such as Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or similar STEM discipline.
  • Practical understanding of ML/AI and experience using statistical programming languages (Python, R).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data insights.
