Financial Analyst Role

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business success by analyzing financial implications and providing strategic recommendations to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of business strategies to improve long-term performance and provide recommendations to achieve profitability objectives.
  2. Business Advisory: Advise management on complex financial issues, develop analytical models to enhance the business planning process, and recommend alternatives in allocating resources.
  3. Project Evaluation: Approve capital and lease projects, analyze divisional, regional, or district projects, and recommend actions to improve long-term profitability.
  4. Financial Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and presentations at various levels, identify trends, and make recommendations to minimize risk and maximize opportunities.
  5. Pricing Strategy: Support the review of pricing relevance by analyzing cost components and drivers.
  6. Policies and Procedures: Clarify and communicate appropriate policies and procedures and ensure compliance.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, statistics, or management information systems and three to four years of experience in financial planning in a large organization.
