We are seeking a highly skilled Importation Operations Coordinator to join our team at Peter Paul Philippine Corporation.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in importation, logistics, or customs processes and possess a strong understanding of international shipping, customs regulations, and import documentation.

The role involves procurement and importation, logistics coordination, regulatory compliance, billing and cost management, and reporting and documentation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Issuance of Purchase Orders and monitoring of shipments
  • Liaison with brokers, forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams to manage shipment schedules, status updates, and adjustments
  • Monitoring and application of permits, clearances, SRA allocations (for fructose and cane sugar), PIA (Philexport Import Authority), and ITDI registration for new items
  • Checking and processing broker, trucker, and customs guard billings, computation of landed costs, and assisting on processing of container deposit refunds
  • Preparation of various reports (e.g., landed cost, shipment updates) and editing documents

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration, Export Management, or other business-related course
  • Previous experience in importation, logistics, or customs processes is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of international shipping, customs regulations, and import documentation
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or relevant importation software
