We are recruiting an Operations Coordinator to handle procurement processes, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end procurement processes to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure cost efficiency and quality service.
- Ensure compliance with PEZA, business permits, sanitary/occupational permits, and importation requirements.
- Review contracts to verify adherence to company policies and legal standards.
- Maintain accurate procurement-related documentation and coordinate with internal departments.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of procurement experience in a BPO setting (preferably handling multiple sites).
- Strong knowledge of vendor management, contract review, and government compliance.
- Proficient in Excel for procurement tracking and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Willingsness to work onsite in Makati (dayshift schedule).
