Job Title: Security Surveillance Monitor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and vigilant individual to join our team as a Security Surveillance Monitor. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our store.

Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor surveillance cameras to identify and respond to potential security threats, suspicious activity, or incidents.
  2. Observe customer behavior during check-in and check-out to deter theft and fraud.
  3. Document and report any incidents, suspicious activity, or security breaches to appropriate personnel.
  4. Respond promptly to alarms, alerts, or emergency situations as needed.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all activities, incidents, and observations.
  6. Collaborate with the security team to maintain a secure environment and coordinate security efforts.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
