
Marketing Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Designer to join our team in developing and executing high-impact creative design briefs across multiple channels, targeting various business sectors.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video/animation editing tools, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and creative requirements for each.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end creative briefing process, collecting requests from stakeholders, prioritizing, and ensuring high-quality delivery that meets required deadlines.
Additionally, you will maintain and consistently use our brand across the business, ensuring all outgoing and customer-facing creative is aligned to our visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, including social media ads, display ads, email graphics, event banners, landing page imagery, and promo videos.
- Work within established brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all channels while injecting fresh, eye-catching creativity.
- Adapt visuals for various platforms and formats, ensuring optimal performance and readability.
- Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and other designers to align visuals with campaign goals.
- Manage multiple fast-moving projects with tight deadlines, from concept to final delivery.
- Stay updated on design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging platforms.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a marketing designer, graphic designer, or similar role.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Must have animation creation and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and creative requirements for each.
- Experience working with website graphics and design in a B2B environment.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Keen analytical mind, and able to optimize design for performance using data-driven insights.
