  3. Analyze data related to student progress, feedback, and institutional performance to inform quality improvement initiatives.

  4. Ensure compliance with education regulations, accreditation requirements, and school policies by conducting regular audits and assessments.

  5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization by facilitating quality improvement plans and supporting their implementation.

  6. Collaborate with teaching staff and school leadership to develop action plans for addressing areas of improvement.

  7. Provide regular reports on quality assurance outcomes to the school leadership team, highlighting successes and areas for growth.

  8. Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure standards are being met, and develop strategies for remediation where necessary.

  9. Organize training sessions and workshops for teachers and staff to enhance teaching and learning practices.

  10. Bachelor's degree in Education, School Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  11. Proven experience in quality assurance, education management, or a related field.

  12. In-depth understanding of education policies, accreditation standards, and educational quality frameworks.

  13. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  14. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  15. High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

  16. Proficient in using educational software and tools for monitoring and reporting.
