Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at NC Pavilion Builders Construction Corporation.

  • In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance procedures for construction projects.
  • You will inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Additionally, you will review project plans, specifications, and technical drawings to identify quality requirements.
  • Conducting regular site inspections to monitor and verify construction activities is also a key aspect of this position.
  • You will identify and document non-conformities and recommend corrective actions to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
  • This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control measures is essential for this position.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is required.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control, preferably in construction projects, is necessary.
  • Knowledge of quality standards, construction methods, and materials is essential for success in this role.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities are required to effectively perform the duties of this position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools is necessary for maintaining accurate records and reports.
