Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Credit Professional to oversee the credit assessment process globally. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for mitigating credit risk, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and driving effective process governance.

This role reports to the Global Credit Manager and requires strong leadership skills, analytical prowess, and excellent communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of credit management principles, extensive experience in leading high-performing teams, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in credit management, preferably in a global setup
  • 3+ years of experience leading a team
  • SAP/SAP FSCM Credit Management/DnB experience highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership skills
