Job Summary
Utilizing hands-on experience in credit & collections evaluation and accounts receivable management, the Credit Analyst will be responsible for evaluating the credit risk of potential and existing customers and recommend appropriate credit limits and payment terms in line with company policy.

The Credit Analyst will also be responsible for assisting the OTC Manager with department reporting requirements and reconciling the total accounts receivable balance to general ledger.

The role involves performing initial credit screening for all potential customers globally, periodic review and updates of credit limits and master data information for existing customers, establishing and maintaining appropriate credit limits and payment terms for all customers.

It also includes working closely with Collections Leaders and Analysts on outstanding customer issues, timely review and release of blocked orders as appropriate.

Additionally, the Credit Analyst will be responsible for monthly reconciliation of total accounts receivable to general ledger balance on a quarterly basis to publically reported numbers, preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly cash summary reports.

Preparation of monthly reports required for various meetings (MOR, Controllers, QBR, etc.) is also part of the job.

Furthermore, the Credit Analyst will assist OTC Manager with developing monthly and extended collection targets and latest estimates related to accounts receivable metrics.


Requirements
  • 3+ years of accounting/analytical experience.
  • Experience in Shared Services / Business Process Outsourcing industry, preferably with multinationals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Excel.
  • SAP, Highradius & BW experience preferred.
  • BA degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Amenable to working on shifting schedules if business requires it.

Work Arrangement
  • Hybrid – 4x a week RTO (Mondays to Thursdays), 1 day WFH (Fridays)
