As a Supply Planning Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading the Supply Planning team responsible for workforce allocation and capacity management across multiple programs/accounts. This role ensures the right number of resources are assigned at the right time to meet operational demands, factoring in planned and unplanned absenteeism, productivity trends, and forecasted requirements.

As both a strategic planner and people leader, the manager balances hands-on workforce management expertise with the coaching, development, and performance management of Supply Planning Specialists/Analysts.

This position involves leading tracking and support of the allocation of work, auditing and administration of supply and physical capacity across complex operations.

Key responsibilities include monitoring capacity utilization, identifying gaps, and recommending adjustments to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

You will partner with Operations to understand staffing requirements and ensure optimal full-time equivalent (FTE) coverage.

The successful candidate will track and record allocation of programs across footprint ensuring end-to-end system coordination.

Additionally, you will provide timely responses to supply inquiries and proactively create opportunities for capacity creation.

This position also involves developing short-term and long-term supply planning strategies aligned with business growth and operational efficiency.

Key skills required for this role include analyzing trends in absenteeism and creating mitigation strategies.

Developing processes to promote responsible utilization of our footprint is also an essential part of this role.

Leadership skills are crucial as you will lead the implementation of data-driven strategies balancing the priorities and timelines of multiple business units.

Furthermore, you will build and maintain tools to enable allocation of projected demand, supply and other factors influencing utilization of capacity and physical footprint and requirements.

Responsibilities also include leading, coaching, and developing Supply Planning Specialists/Analysts to deliver accurate, timely workforce plans.

Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 8 years of experience in operations, preferably in technology industry is required.

5+ years of people management experience, including managing leaders, and a strong desire to develop team members is essential.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with adaptable attitude is a must.
