Job Title: Supply Chain Optimizer

As a Supply Chain Optimizer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of all aspects of the supply chain process. This involves performing data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in inventory management, production planning, and demand management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop comprehensive reports across planning activities, inventory levels, and key supply chain metrics to support informed decision-making.
  • Analyse operational data to identify trends, highlight areas for improvement, and recommend measures that enhance overall supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily operations and improve process efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain analysis and inventory management.
  • Background in FMCG, food manufacturing, or high-volume product environments is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with AU or US logistics processes and invoicing is a strong advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data tracking).
  • Familiarity with MS Office and logistics/ERP platforms preferably SAP, and Power BI.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organization skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate across departments.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.
