Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster effective communication among team members
  • Maintain open channels of communication regarding project progress
  • Provide timely feedback to stakeholders
  • Elevate agile values and practices within the organization
  • Orient, train, and mentor scrum team members
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Help product owners refine, arrange, and optimize product backlogs
  • Identify and eliminate roadblocks hindering team progress
  • Adjust team agile practices for enhanced software delivery
  • Catalyze release planning and deployment activities
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum or Kanban
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Agile Scrum Master Certification preferred
