About Our Project Manager Role

Our ideal candidate will serve as both Scrum Master for product and website engineering teams and primary project manager for non-technical initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews for website and product teams.
  • Owning backlog grooming and sprint tracking in our collaboration tool.
  • Monitoring sprint velocity and timelines, and identifying and resolving blockers in real time.
  • Serving as liaison between product, engineering, and design to ensure clarity and cohesion.
  • Fostering continuous improvement by refining agile processes and team rituals.
  • Helping coordinate high-priority projects for marketing, clinical operations, customer experience, and operations.
  • Working with department leads to scope projects, set timelines, assign responsibilities, and define success metrics.
  • Ensuring visibility and accountability across all project stakeholders using our collaboration tool for planning and communication platform for coordination.
  • Flagging risks early, recommending tradeoffs, and driving consistent follow-through across teams.
  • Supporting leadership team with visibility into team capacity, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
  • Championing a culture of clarity, accountability, and high-quality execution.

Requirements for this role include:

  • 3+ years experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Program Manager.
  • A strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • A track record of managing both technical and non-technical projects in fast-paced settings.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep familiarity with collaboration tools and communication platforms.
