Dynamic Leadership Role: Co-Head of Platform Operations

We are seeking a seasoned executive to assume the position of Co-Head of Platform Dynamics. As a strategic leader, you will oversee platform development and enhancement, lead technical teams, design solution architecture, and participate in business engagement.

This dynamic leadership role presents an exceptional opportunity for experienced professionals to join our team and drive innovation in platform operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Vision and Strategy: Develop and guide the architectural direction, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across Dynamics solutions.
  2. Team Management and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing technical teams, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and training to ensure alignment with industry standards and client needs.
  3. Solution Architecture and Implementation: Design and implement tailored solutions that align with clients' business requirements, ensuring effective delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leadership to align platform direction with business objectives, driving growth and success.
  5. Client Engagement and Business Development: Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, presenting our platform capabilities and expertise.
  6. Industry Representation and Advocacy: Represent our organization at industry conferences and events, promoting our technical expertise and thought leadership.
  7. Continuous Learning and Skill Development: Stay informed about the latest Dynamics updates, tools, and industry trends, encouraging team members to pursue professional development and knowledge-sharing within the Dynamics ecosystem.
  8. Operational Excellence and Process Improvement: Develop and implement best practices, quality standards, and governance for Dynamics projects, monitoring and improving platform performance and stability.
  9. Stakeholder Management and Compliance: Ensure that Dynamics implementations adhere to regulatory and security standards, working closely with compliance and security teams to align solutions with organizational policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Extensive experience (8+ years) in Dynamics 365, including technical management and solution architecture.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing technical teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform, Azure, Power Platform, and related technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Industry Engagement: Demonstrable experience representing an organization publicly.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 and Azure preferred.

Work Arrangements:

This role is fully remote, with occasional travel to Manila for events and executive functions.
