Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Coach to support the management and continuous improvement of our enterprise Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service system.

Main Responsibilities
  • Guide and coach teams on Agile principles tailored to Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service system needs, leveraging experience in software development methodologies.
  • Plan and facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering collaboration among team members.
  • Act as a servant leader by identifying and resolving roadblocks related to Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service system projects and operations, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address dependencies and challenges impacting system functionality or project timelines, providing timely solutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience in a leadership role.
  • Certified Agile Coach (CAC) or equivalent Agile certification, demonstrating expertise in Agile methodologies.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach in an enterprise environment, managing complex systems like Microsoft Dynamics, with a proven track record of success.
