We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative/Customer Service Representative to join our team. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and text.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the claims department with timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage tolls and parking tickets efficiently, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts by assisting with various tasks such as social media management, content creation, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred (customer service - 1 year).
  • Marketing background or experience is a plus (marketing - 1 year).
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite), and agility in learning new internal software and systems.
  • Must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
